Saylor's Restaurant & Bar is easy to get to and parking is never a problem since they have free parking in their llot off of Spring St.! Saylor's serves authentic Mexican food along with California Cuisine, so everyone in your group will be satisfied. As Marin's first Tequila bar, they have an exciting variety of over 100 tequilas, from basic blancos to high end anejos! For any special occasion or private party, book the Cabo Wabo room (which can accomodate up to 45 people) or the beautiful patio out in the back of Saylor's! Saylor's dinning room is a bright and lively place with cushioned booths, talavera tile accents, wall fixtures and trim. Our traditional Mexican fare is all quality with traditional favorites and our delicious California cuisine includes seafood, pastas, salads and steaks. In addition, we have nightly specials and a kids menu. Our staff is warm and experienced and will take the time to discuss various dishes and offer opinions.

As Marin's first tequila bar we boast an exciting variety of more than 100 tequilas from basic blancos to high-end anejos. The bar features a lava rock wall, tequila cage, tall stools and tables with blue art glass lighting and a short bar counter with more stools. The bar turns out delicious margaritas made from scratch with assorted tequilas and fresh fruit flavors available. It's an upbeat place to hang out and have an appetizer with a drink, though full meals are available as well. Upstairs is the "Cabo Wabo Room". This fun rentable space was inspired by Sammy Hagar and his Cabo Wabo Tequila. The Cabo Wabo room is tastefully decorated with some of Sammy's concert memorabilia and can hold up to 40 people. It is the perfect place for any festive event, be it a family occasion, corporate party, or political fundraiser. Please stop by to meet us and enjoy our atmosphere and fine food.

From Arlington, Virginia: "My parents took me here while visiting over the holidays. It's an interesting menu to say the least consisting of Mexican, American (fried calamari), and Peruvian (ceviche). The Mexican food definitely dominate the menu with a unexpectedly hot homemade salsa.  The chicken nachos were good...the ingredients seemed fresh and favorful.  I was pleasantly surprised by the ceviche which I would have again."

From San Francisco: "I've been coming here for three years now and I've always been tempted to get the chicken pot pie, but for some reason always ended up with Mexican.  Don't get me wrong every Mexican dish I've ever had has been great, but the chicken pot pie is delightful with the chunks of white meat, flaky crust topping and a side salad.  By far my favorite meal I've had there!"

From Mill Valley (which is full of fine restaurants, so this is quite a testament to just how good Saylor's is!): "Saylor's is consistently good, and so versatile  that  I never tire of eating there.  And I could, since I work nearby and am a frequent diner here.  They have a lovely room upstairs for private parties.  I've always found the service prompt, friendly and with a genuine attitude of making sure your entire experience is great.  There is an outstanding 'blue plate special' menu for weekday lunches with great values.  I can't get enough of their clam chowder or popcorn shrimp!"
